📖Difference are following between UPSC Board and UPPSC board :

📖UPSC Board : Union Public Service Commission : It is a Central Government Organized Board which has so many functions in India and UPSC board is responsible to announce the recruitment, conduct the exam and selection of the candidates for final appointment for central government jobs or posts and UPSC board also work for the promotions for state board civil officers to IAS and other services in central government and mainly UPSC conduct following posts exams :

If the candidate has been selected by the UPSC board for final appointment in India then he/she may be sent to anywhere in India means there is no criteria about the state/UTs or Districts

📖UPPSC : Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission : It is a state government organized board which works same as UPSC but UPPSC board has limitation to work in the state means UPPSC board can only manage and work for Uttar Pradesh means for a particular state and can not inter-fair in the functions of central government UPSC board means the recruitment, exams and selection but this board can not do the promotion of the state board selected candidates to the central government civil services.
